Tenants may click on the RESIDENT PORTAL button at the top of the each page to login to a secure portal where they may do the following: (1). Make a one-time payment, or setup recurring payments, using a credit/debit card (including a 3% service fee), or using their bank account (with no service fee); (2).  Enter/view work orders; (3).  View their balance, statement, and charges; (4).  Update their contact information.  The resident portal is made possible by PropertyBoss, the company that provides our property management software.  PropertyBoss is pci compliant.  When a tenant enters their information, the data is encrypted so that it cannot be stolen.
